Peruvian Adventures Begin
Today we started our second day flying. When we got to our hotel we all settled in and had the chance to explore the city a little and we got to experience the warmth of the local people.
Later, we went to the orphanage and got to meet many new kids who greeted us with many hugs and kisses! We surprised them with new mattresses and then felt such joy in sharing a meal with them. The children prepared and performed amazing dances for us and we couldn’t help but cheer loudly! We were impressed by the testimony given by one of the kids there. He so greatly showed his love for God through his story. We’re looking forward to spending more time with them tomorrow!
