One More Day...

Hello Haiti Team and Parents,

It was wonderful to see everyone last night! I wanted to give everyone a chance to peek at the blog and make sure that you were able to see what is being posted. The leadership team is so excited to get off tomorrow and finally get to Haiti. What an incredible job everyone has done in preparation, wow.  I was really struck by everyone's servant heart and by all of the items that were gathered. I can only imagine how ecstatic the Haitian people will be. As much as they will be thankful for all that we are bringing, I know that they are most thankful for us and for our presence. I was so encouraged by Marci's exclamation last night, "I have some friends there now and they tell me how excited everyone to meet us and that we are coming."  They've not yet even met us and they are thankful and excited for us to come. That comment was very humbling to me.
